The scale model that shows the building with live price and availability. The Unit Finder on a touch totem at the sales stand — in place of (or alongside) the physical model.
The digital scale model is GRON's unit selector running fullscreen on a totem or touch TV, right at the sales stand. The buyer taps the building, the unit lights up with availability and price, opens the sheet with floor plan and 360°, and takes it all to their own phone via a QR — with the lead already tracked as "stand".
It is the launch model that never goes out of date: instead of a static physical model, the salesperson shows the development with live inventory, synced with the rest of the sales operation. It grows from the same renders and plans GRON already produces.

The finder in kiosk mode on a totem or touch TV, with larger type and idle reset.
Every unit lights up by status — available, reserved, sold — and shows the price on the spot.
Floor plan, render, 360°, area and highlights of the unit, with one touch.
The buyer takes the finder to their own phone via a QR — and continues the journey at home.
Interest becomes a lead tracked with "stand" origin, straight to the salesperson and the panel.

It is GRON's unit selector (Unit Finder) running fullscreen on a totem or touch TV at the sales stand — the buyer taps the building and sees availability, price, floor plan and 360° live. It replaces or complements the physical model.
It can replace or complement it. The advantage is that the digital model shows live inventory (available/reserved/sold) and price — which a physical model cannot — and never goes out of date.
Yes. A QR sends the same finder to the buyer's phone, who continues the journey at home — and the lead stays tracked with "stand" origin.
Kiosk mode runs on the totem/TV; connection and equipment details are agreed in the briefing based on your stand.
